Broker/Dealer located in Midtown is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join their structuring and modeling team. The candidate will work within a cross-asset platform creating, validating and reviewing financial and cash flow models covering whole loans, RMBS, ABS and solar financing. The right candidate is self-motivated, driven by entrepreneurial possibilities and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Job Responsibilities: The candidate will
Be involved in various stages of model development, validation and review process.
Maintain and update existing models.
Create, analyze and summarize scenario analysis for specific assets as requested by Senior Management.

Qualifications: Qualified individuals must have
1 to 2 years experience working with financial models and cash flow analysis (internship experience acceptable)
Proven Excel/VBA modeling experience.

Excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial aspirations.
Must be detailed oriented and precise.
Bachelors degree in quantitative major preferred. Other degrees will be considered with sufficient Excel modeling experience. Coursework in accounting and or finance a plus.

Reputable Alternative Investment Fund is currently seeking an Operational Due Diligence Analyst who has experience auditing Hedge Funds to work in their Operational Due Diligence group. At least one to two years of experience is required for this position. The Operational Due Diligence Analyst role is responsible for performing due diligence on all non-investment-related areas of hedge funds, including operations, accounting, risk management and technology.
In addition to the above, this individual will be involved in analyzing hedge funds' financial statements, interviewing hedge funds' COO's, and devising Word reports on their findings.
