Senior Financial Analyst/Decision Support (North Central Austin (290@35))

Responsible for revenue analysis, projections, reporting, creating overall financial dashboards with benchmark comparisons and other financial analyses. In addition to minimum qulifications a successful candidate will have some level of experience in managed healthcare and accounts recievable in medical insurance. About Emergency Service Partners administration office:
The ESP administrative office, located in north central Austin, houses the entire administrative staff and executive team of approximately 40 professionals. A collaborative environment between departments helps to drive the success of the ESP enterprise and support our over 300 medical professionals. Job Description:
We are seeking a detail oriented financial analyst to manage and report all of our company's business finances. This position's responsibilities span across all business functions, from calculating profit on individual client projects to tracking the overall annual cost of running the business. This position in our Galleria area office will be full time 8-5, 5 days per week. No travel is required for this position.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
-Employee expense voucher processing
-Tracking and reporting of revenue and collections
-Project profit margin reporting
-Tracking and reporting of all overhead expenses
-Firm-wide Cash/Margin tracking
-Quick Books data entry

Cash Analyst [DEGREED APPLICANTS ONLY] (Westchase)

Ensure all relevant ATMs are setup properly with Armored and Bank and are properly managed with the optimal level of cash.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Process and post daily cash order
Prepare the daily cash outage report
Implement frequency changes (daily, mass, or re-route)
Update and or distribute various reports, including, but not limited to the ICOM tracking and cash management metrics.
Complete various departmental processes as assigned.
Process new installs/changes.
Maintain positive working relationship with armored and bank contacts.

REQUIREMENTS
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Access.
Entry level to 3 years of experience in the finance field or 2 to 3 years of related ATM experience with ability to analyze data in a financial setting.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Must Haves:
Operational exposure

Accounting or finance degree
5 plus years experience
Preferred:

Lead the financial closing process.
Review business activity and accounts to support accurate and timely submission of financial statements to Corporate.
Participate in development of the annual operating plan.
Participate in annual physical inventory.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts; prepare and analyze balance sheet risk and opportunities.
Prepare and distribute managerial reports.
Answer daily formal and informal questions from Corporate, Shared Services, and Business Unit personnel.
