Reviews contracts to ensure compliance with Truth-in-Lending requirements.

Assists in the Credit Department as needed.

3. Maintains daily follow-up on the draft report.
Advises the supervisor and management of any problems or irregularities pertaining to retail, lease, or wholesale financing, breeches of trust, or other violations of TMCC plans.
Monitors dealer trends and identifies and reports adverse issues to management.
Assists in the wholesale areas as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of three years experience in automotive wholesale and retail automotive financing
Experience in retail collections, retail credit, dealership financial statement analysis and wholesale financing
Retail and lease, credit and collection experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter and independent. Team oriented and results driven. Interpersonal, supervisory/leadership skills required
Strong time management and organizational and attention to detail skills required

Education:
B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent related work experience.
Finance, Accounting or other related degree preferred.

Software Expertise:

Project Overview
Federal Savings Bank First Mortgage division utilizes mortgage professionals to perform mortgage pricing, product development and research, investor and vendor relationships, loan delivery and quality review, and the balancing and controls team for Real Estate Lending.
Statement of Work (SOW) Scope
The mortgage professionals will be required to work with mortgage loans in all states. The mortgage professionals will be required to enter data into the loan origination system, create and analyze documents, review final loan requirements, mortgage insurance and real estate property.
Each specific role is outlined under requirements and specifications:

Requirements and Specifications
Supplier resources must have the following skills / experience:

General Mortgage Professional requirements:
• MS Outlook.
• Strong MS Excel skills preferred
• MS Office Suite of tools.
• Data entry experience.
• Requires strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Flexible work schedules.
• Overtime as needed.
• Limited member contact roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills desired

Specific function requirements:

Loan Review
• Minimum of 3-4+ years mortgage underwriting experience and an overall end to end knowledge of the mortgage process from application to funding.
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task in order to meet strict deadlines.
• Must have the understanding of agency guidelines to include Conventional and VA financing.
• Knowledge of mortgage documentation (application through closing) to prepare and package loans for audit
• Experience/skilled with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac audit requests and repurchase requests to include the research and rebuttal process.
• Experience with Mortgage Insurance audit requests and rescission requests, including the research and rebuttal process.

Rapidly growing real estate firm is looking for a part-time accountant for 12 - 20 hours per week. The business is currently involved in real estate development and property management. You must have good technical accounting skills and be able to work independently with little supervision. This position would encompass all aspects of accounting for investment entities. It may eventually entail the supervision of a staff accountant responsible for rental properties.
